Single Agency, What is it?

So, Whats the big deal about Single Agency? 

Well I will tell you.... 

My brokerage and I offer it. 

In a nutshell, it means that I am allowed to have a fiduciary relationship of trust and confidence with my buyers. 

As a single agent my duties to my buyers includes dealing honestly, fairly, loyally, confidently, obediently (within the law). Providing full disclosure, accounting for all funds, skill, care and diligence in the transaction. 

I take this responsibility very seriously, as your real estate transaction is one of the single most important transactions you will make in your lifetime!
